Job summary

New Vista KY seeks a licensed Behavior Analyst to model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and co-occurring conditions.

You will conduct assessments, design and implement Behavior Plans, and provide direct ABA therapy while working within interdisciplinary teams. Opportunities for supervision, CEU support, and career advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and KY Behavior Analyst License required.
• IDD experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments including functional analyses and provide interpretations of results.
• Design, train, implement, monitor and report on Behavior Plans.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills training and ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and offer community consultation when needed.
