Job summary

Oakwood New Vista seeks a motivated Behavior Analyst to join our team. You will model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support, conduct assessments, and design behavior plans for adults with IDD and ASD in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, crisis de-escalation, and reporting outcomes. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and outpatient services is expected as part of a comprehensive care approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• KY Behavior Analyst License required.
• Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Conduct behavior assessments including functional analyses.
• Design, implement, monitor and report Behavior Plans.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills training and crisis de-escalation.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams and outpatient clinic.
