Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Haven, CT for a per diem role. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, and collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.

The position emphasizes in-home and community-based ABA therapy, data-driven decision making, and ongoing supervision of behavior technicians.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with children with ASD and related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with ASD and related developmental disorders.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and data collection to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and modify behavioral interventions to address client goals and needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practices in ABA therapy.
