Job summary

New Patterns ABA – CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Connecticut. You will assess, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This per diem role offers flexible scheduling across Connecticut, with opportunities to work with families and support skill development, data collection, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification from BACB required.
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in ABA therapy, preferably home- or community-based.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and challenges.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of dedicated professionals at New Patterns ABA – CT. About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide exceptional care and support to each individual. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and challenges
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
  • Providing ongoing therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to promote skill acquisition and independence
  • Monitoring progress, making data-driven decisions, and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
  • Maintaining accurate records, reporting progress, and participating in team meetings to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Professional experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a home-based or community-based setting
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Per Diem Opportunity:
