Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with special needs including Autism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop ABA programs for clients.
• Provide training to staff and families on Applied Behavior Analysis.
