Job summary

New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a compassionate and skilled BCBA to join our team. The role focuses on delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals, develop and implement behavior plans, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate progress data in a per diem capacity.

Qualifications

  • Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed where required.
  • Experience delivering in-home/community ABA therapy.
  • Ability to collaborate with families and other professionals.
  • Flexibility for per diem scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide in-home and community-based behavioral assessments and skill training.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans.
  • Collaborate with speech, occupational therapists, and psychologists for comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, plans, and data collection.
  • Participate in staffing meetings and help develop new programs and services.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity in practice.

Job Summary

New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide in-home and community-based behavioral assessments, skill acquisition training, and skill maintenance strategies
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, treatment plans, and data collection
  • Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services
  • Demonstrate a commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in all aspects of practice
