MedCare Pediatric in Texas is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide high‑quality supervision, hands‑on intervention, and mentorship within a collaborative team.

You will supervise BTs and RBTs, mentor BATs and BCaBAs, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress, with full‑time and part‑time opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Texas license as an LBA and BACB BCBA certification.
• 2 years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
