Job summary

MedCare Pediatric in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead quality client supervision, hands-on intervention, and mentorship within a collaborative team.

You will supervise BTs and RBTs, mentor BATs and BCaBAs, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team across full- and part-time roles while supporting family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Texas license as an LBA and BACB-BCBA certification.
• 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs and monitor client progress.
