Job summary

BrightPath Behavior seeks a dedicated BCBA to provide direct care and clinical oversight in a child-focused environment across Texas and Colorado. The role blends hands-on ABA services with leadership and collaboration within a supportive team.

You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized plans, ensure BACB compliance, and engage families to foster meaningful progress. A strong growth path and competitive compensation await.

Qualifications

• Must maintain BCBA credential and be eligible for supervisor status.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate and lead in a dynamic clinic.
• Able to commute to Cypress, Texas (77070) or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across clinic, home and community settings.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure continuum of care.
• Support program development and clinic oversight.
