Job summary

BCBA – Behavior Analyst | Autism & ABA Services - Part-Time

MedCare Pediatric has been a trusted provider of pediatric therapy services for over 30 years. We specialize in delivering compassionate, family-centered care to children through physical, occupational, speech therapy, and ABA services. Our mission is to empower children and families through personalized, high-quality support that promotes independence and growth.

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy to pediatric clients. You’ll work with children with autism and related developmental disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients as needed
  • Develop individualized treatment plans sensitive to cognitive, social, and sensory needs
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current Texas license as LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
  • 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred

  • Flexible schedule: 10-30 hours per week, contract-based between the hours of 8AM-4:30PM Mon to Friday
