Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Behavior Consultant to support students with ASD and other behavioral needs. You will design and implement behavioral intervention plans, conduct assessments, and partner with schools to maximize student success.

Responsibilities include evaluating progress, writing reports, and mentoring RBTs. You will apply evidence-based ABA techniques within IEP goals and foster collaborative relationships with families and educators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of ABA service delivery, including FBAs and PBSPs.
• 2 years working with ASD or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and positive behavior supports.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to identify strengths and concerns.
• Supervise and train RBTs and others implementing interventions.
• Help set students up for success in school and beyond.
