Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time BCBA to work with children in school settings and beyond. You will conduct evaluations, develop interventions, and write reports aligned with IEPs/504 plans, while guiding RBTs and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• State BCBA license required.
• PDS assists with licensing in your state.

Responsibilities

• Help improve the lives of children in school and beyond.
• Provide high-quality behavioral services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments and write reports to identify strengths and concerns in Behavioral Intervention.
• Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement interventions.
