Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Behavior Consultant (BCBA) to support children in school and daily life. You will design and supervise behavior interventions to improve outcomes for students with ASD and related challenges.

You will work with IEPs/504 plans, perform evaluations, and train RBTs and staff. A state license is required; PDS offers mentorship, competitive benefits, and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related human services field is required.
• Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery experience.
• Experience with ASD and behavioral disorders is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and PBS approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality services based on students’ IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to identify strengths and concerns.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other implementers of interventions.
