Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time BCBA to improve outcomes for children in school settings. The clinician will develop and implement behavior plans aligned with IEPs/504 plans and collaborate with school staff and families.

The role includes supervising RBTs, conducting evaluations, and preparing reports to identify strengths and areas for intervention. PDS offers mentorship and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required from an accredited program.
• State BCBA license in good standing is required.
• Licensed to practice BCBA in the relevant state(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to identify strengths and concerns.
• Supervise and train RBTs and others implementing interventions.
