Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Behavior Consultant to support students with autism and related behavioral needs. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality ABA-based services in school settings, and guiding teams via IEP/504 plans and behavior supports.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field with at least two years of ABA delivery experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field.
• Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs and conducting staff training.
• Minimum of two years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or emotional or behavioral disorders.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• As a BCBA you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children. Setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond is meaningful work that builds a rewarding career!
• You will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans. Conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing reports, you determine their strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
• You will also supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
