Job summary

J.D. McCarty Center is seeking a patient-centered BCBA to lead and train staff in ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes supervision of technicians, development of individualized plans, and cross-discipline collaboration to support treatment goals.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with a start salary of $70,000 per year and compensation based on experience. The organization provides comprehensive benefits and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Oklahoma LBA license.
• Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and guiding training programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians in ABA procedures.
• Train interns studying to become BCBAs.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Identify behavior strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors with replacement skills.
• Collaborate with Physical, Speech, Occupational Therapies in treatment planning.
• Present ABA-related information at events and maintain documentation and billing.
• Assist with outpatient waitlists and intake processes.
• Coordinate department staff education and orientation.
