Job summary

JD McCarty Center in Norman, OK is seeking a energetic and child-centered Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. This full-time role supports ABA service delivery and supervision of technicians, with a 40-hour work week from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Starting salary is $60,000 per year and will be based on experience. The position emphasizes collaboration with BCBA, therapists, and school partners to implement individualized treatment plans and data-driven interventions

Qualifications

• Must maintain all current certifications including BCBA, LBA, Safety Care and CPR/First Aid.
• Ability to learn and grow while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong time management and quick thinking in unexpected situations.
• Physical demands include assisting with lifting, positioning, and activities of daily living.
• Conducting one-on-one sessions with patients when RBTs are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians; train staff on ABA principles.
• Assist BCBA in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Consult with BCBA; identify behavior strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase replacement skills.
• Collaborate with Physical, Speech, Occupational Therapists to develop treatment plans.
• Attend JDMC functions related to ABA services and events.
• Manage data collection and timely daily session notes and billing per guidelines.
• Assist with intake process including parent interviews and insurance requirements.
• Meet frequently with BCBA to review progress of shared patients.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
