Job summary

Therapy Associates ABA Services in New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a in-person role. You will conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, supervise RBTs, and provide direct services to children, collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care.

You will monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain compliant documentation while educating families on evidence-based behavioral strategies and interventions.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with families and team members.
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or similar staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
