Job summary

Best Ever ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team dedicated to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans, mentor BCaBAs and RBTs, and contribute to program growth and quality improvement.

The position requires BCBA certification, a passion for ASD, and willingness to travel to clients' homes and other locations to deliver effective interventions.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Minimum 0 years of experience in autism-specific services.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans tailored to each child's needs and goals.
• Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs to maintain high-quality services.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
