Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a BCBA to lead behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans for pediatric learners in a center setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to deliver comprehensive care.

You will mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows, contribute to treatment planning, and support families to maintain consistency across home and clinic environments, with two work‑from‑home days monthly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Handle administrative tasks and treatment planning during dedicated work‑from‑home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
