Job summary

Child'sPlay Therapy Center in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Pediatric ABA team. This in-person role offers a sign-on bonus and opportunities to mentor RBTs while delivering high-quality assessments and treatment.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide supervision, collaborate with OT, ST, PT and MH professionals, and contribute to data-driven progress for children with autism and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Board certification and Alabama licensure required.
• Master's degree (ABA) or Doctorate.
• Experience with neurodivergent populations (autism) or developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience with RBTs preferred.
• Strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and yearly assessments with RBT support.
• Provide direct treatment and supervise supervisees.
• Provide supervision to supervisees and maintain documentation.
• Educate and train caregivers; participate in mentorship network.
• Collaborate with other therapists (OT, PT, SLP, MH).
• Maintain EMR documentation and data collection.
• Maintain ABA caseload at Hoover/Birmingham center.
• Work with practicum students.
