Applied ABC in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage an active caseload and supervise ABA therapists. The role involves developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and delivering family training across clients with autism.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA or related field and is licensed as a BCBA. This in-person position includes a sign-on bonus and benefits such as health insurance and PTO.

Competenze

• BCBA required and licensed.
• Master's degree required.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and using BST.
• Experience administering and interpreting standard assessments.

Mansioni

• Maintain an active caseload with monthly billable hours and supervise ABA therapists.
• Provide supervision for BTs/RBTs and apply BST techniques.
• Develop behavior support plans based on client needs.
• Create and implement data collection systems and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with families for training and progress reports.
• Lead team meetings and report on behavior levels.
