Qualifications

• Experience in ABA practices with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Commitment to professional growth and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide performance feedback to RBTs/behavior technicians.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data for treatment decisions.
• Conduct assessments like VB-MAPP and develop skill-acquisition programs.
