Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its pediatric autism therapy center. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fully equipped center.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to deliver holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Update plans of care and treatment planning during work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Train families to ensure consistency across home and clinic settings.
