Job summary

Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. in Park City, KS seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA-based treatment planning and data-driven progress evaluation.

The role collaborates with senior BCBAs, conducts VB-MAPP and FBA assessments, and supervises DTT delivery while shaping functional behavior programs. You will work on individualized plans addressing communication, feeding, behavior, and daily living skills, with a focus on families in rural and low-income areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA and be in good standing with BACB.
• Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans based on ABA to address communication, feeding, behavior, daily living and social skills.
• Create and monitor data collection to track client progress on treatment plan objectives.
• Consult with senior BCBA on treatment teams for behavior and programming issues.
• Conducting assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP) to determine task feasibility.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments by observing behavior and interviewing caregivers.
• Supervise 1:1 discrete trial teaching and review implementers’ documentation and data collection.
• Manage behavior intervention plans and modify function-based strategies.
