Job summary

Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) in Park City, KS is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our not-for-profit clinic serving children and families across Kansas.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor data, collaborate with senior BCBAs, conduct assessments, and supervise teaching sessions. Eligibility includes BCBA credential and Kansas LBA licensure or eligibility; experience in ABA and pediatric services preferred.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing with BACB.
• Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligible for licensure.
• Direct experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Background checks including KBI/APS/CPS/Nurse Aide Registry/DMV.
• Prefer 1 year of experience training providers working with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans based on ABA to address communication, feeding, behavior, and social skills.
• Design data collection systems and monitor client progress on objectives.
• Consult with senior BCBA on treatment plans and programming decisions.
• Conduct VB-MAPP and other assessments to determine abilities.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and collect relevant interview data.
• Supervise 1:1 discrete trial teaching and review data/documentation.
• Manage and modify function-based behavior intervention plans.

Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. IBT is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Park City, KS clinic.

Job Responsibilities

(actual percentages may vary based on week/month):

• 20% Create Individualized Treatment Plans: develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA to address communication, feeding, behavior, adaptive daily living, and social skills and update as necessary
• 20% Create and monitor child’s data: design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives.
• 15% Consult with senior BCBA on treatment teams for behavior and programming issues: staying in close contact with the BCBA to identify changes in a child’s behavior and to discuss changes in procedures regarding behavior management and skill acquisition.
• 10% Conducting assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP): sitting with the client and determining whether he/she is able to conduct certain tasks.
• 10% Conducting functional behavior assessments: observing client behavior, interviewing providers and parents regarding client behavior and determining function of behavior.
• 10% Supervise 1:1 discrete trial teaching; observe implementers providing treatment to clients, review implementer’s documentation and data collection and provide feedback as needed.
• 10% Manage behavior intervention plans; create, maintain, and modify function-based behavior

Required Qualifications

• Currently holds a BCBA, and is in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Hold a Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or be eligible for LBA licensure.
• Have direct professional experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Have a satisfactory background check, including records maintained by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), Adult Protective Services (APS), Child Protective Services (CPS), Nurse Aide Registry, and Motor Vehicle records.

Preferred Qualification s

• At minimum 1 year of training service providers to work with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
• Experience conducting interventions or research with children with behavior problems
• Experience conducting family trainings on ABA based treatment plans
• 12 months minimum experience working with families in home and/or community-based settings
• Proficiency with Word and/or other word processing programs
• Data analysis experience (SPSS, Excel etc.)
• Strong written and oral communication skills as evidenced in work history
• Strong organizational and planning skills as evidence in work history

Job Type: Salaried Full-time

Pay: $55,000 - $65,00 0/year (Can be negotiated based on education and experience)
