Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in-center for autistic children. The role emphasizes compassionate, child-centered care with mentoring of RBTs and collaboration with families to track progress and outcomes.

The position offers a clear growth path to senior clinical leadership, performance bonuses, and relocation support.

Competenze

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB®, plus licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stay active during sessions.

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered environment using play-based strategies where appropriate.
