Job summary

Westside is seeking a BCBA to enhance therapy services for children, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress while guiding RBT growth and ensuring adherence to practice guidelines. This on-site role in Illinois emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and sustained quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• BCBA licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Experience in a clinic setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Coach and supervise RBTs and support team growth.
• Complete evaluations and progress reports per practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 28 therapy hours per week.
