Qualifications
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA preferred.
Willingness to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks.
Reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress.
