Job summary

A leading behavioral health provider in Springfield, Illinois, seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement ABA-based treatment programs. This full-time role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and supervising RBTs. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and a BCBA certification. Competitive salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, alongside robust benefits including travel reimbursement and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress.
• Design evidence-based ABA interventions.
