Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care, conduct FBAs, design BIPs, and supervise RBTs. You will work with families to deliver data-driven outcomes in home, daycare, and afterschool settings.

You will supervise field staff, provide mentorship, ensure treatment fidelity, and maintain compliant documentation under BACB guidelines while collaborating with care teams for optimized pediatric care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing (BACB).
• Active NC LBA license or eligible for licensure.
• 1–2 years designing/implementing ABA for children with ASD.
• Proficiency with data collection and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Perform FBAs and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Train families with practical strategies for routines.
• Monitor client progress data and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with daycare staff and educators for continuity.
• Maintain thorough documentation per BACB guidelines.
