Glow Forward ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time BCBA to provide on-site ABA therapy services and lead comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee intervention implementation.

You will supervise RBTs, monitor treatment fidelity, analyze data to adjust strategies, and collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and school personnel while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to BACB ethics.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification and BACB ethics compliance.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with autism and development delays in clinical, home, or school settings.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; team collaboration.
