ABLE Kids in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families. This role follows a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-4:30pm, with no nights or weekends and work-from-home option one day per week.

The ideal candidate will have BCBA certification, strong leadership, and a passion for transforming lives through high-quality, individualized ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with families.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.).
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and collaborate with families and educators.
• Track progress and adjust interventions to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
