Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA in Whitsett, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality ABA services for children with ASD. You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to implement data-driven treatment.

The role emphasizes family partnership, progress monitoring, and compliance with BACB guidelines. Candidates should have a current BCBA, NC LBA license or eligibility, 1–2 years of experience, and strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active NC LBA license or eligible for immediate licensure.
• 1–2 years designing and implementing ABA programs for children with ASD.
• Proficient with electronic data collection systems and clinical software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership for pediatric care.
• Clear background check and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and coaching to RBTs.
• Lead parent training sessions with practical strategies for daily routines.
• Monitor client progress data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with daycare staff, educators, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure BACB/state compliance.
