Formación

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA certifications required.
• Minimum of one year supervision experience in ABA.
• Excellent organizational skills and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and help create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide supervision of therapists with feedback while maintaining program integrity.
• Regularly review session notes and analyze data to guide changes.
• Ensure confidentiality and effective communication with families and team.
