Job summary

Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA in Virginia Beach, VA. This position offers in-person and hybrid options with a Monday–Friday schedule based on client needs, and a pay range of $40–$45 per hour.

You will conduct assessments, develop and apply behavioral plans, provide therapy, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and staying current with best practices.

Qualifications

• BCaBA Certification is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and client-centered approach.
• Reliable transportation and CPR certification (assistance provided).
• Ability to pass a background check and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, accurate documentation.
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health.
