Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan: conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment goals.
• Empower families: lead monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care: collaborate with therapists, educators and other professionals.
