Job summary

Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company, seeks a BCBA/BCaBA in Virginia Beach, VA. Role is in-person or hybrid with flexible scheduling and client-focused care. Earn $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for supervision and CEUs.

Responsibilities include assessments, behavior plan development, one-on-one therapy, and mentoring BTs/RBTs within a collaborative team to support children and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have BCaBA Certification and a Bachelor’s Degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with children who have autism or developmental disabilities.
• CPR certification preferred; background check required by funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one‑on‑one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high‑quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create well‑rounded care solutions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and stay informed on current research.
