A leading therapy organization located in Orange Park, Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians while implementing ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years. Candidates should have current BCBA certification and experience in developing individualized programming. Qualifications
Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.
Experience in managing/supervising others.
Responsibilities
Directly implement ABA programming to children between the ages of 18 months – 12 years of age.
Conduct assessments specific to the needs of clients.
Develop ABA programming to client’s needs.
Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
Provide training to caregivers.
Skills
Experience working with children of varying abilities
Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA
Ability to make quick, sound decisions
Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
Education
Current BCBA certification
