Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids seeks a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner to start and grow a new outpatient ABA clinic in Pittsburgh, PA. You’ll focus on clinical care while Ivy Rehab handles marketing, payroll, contracts, and systems to support scalable growth.

BCBA license is required or pending; you will partner with Ivy to select clinic location, recruit a top team, and drive profitability in a de novo setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and lead a start-up outpatient ABA clinic.
• Focus on clinical work while Ivy Rehab handles business operations.
• Build and recruit your clinic team with Ivy's support.
• Lead marketing, business development, and location selection with Ivy’s guidance.
