Behavioral Innovations is offering an ABA Apprentice program in Chantilly to bridge graduate training with independent practice. You’ll learn from experienced BCBAs in real clinical settings and follow a customized study plan toward the BCBA exam.

The program focuses on hands-on supervision, direct case exposure, and structured mentorship to build confidence and readiness for a BCBA role. It’s a pathway designed to grow your clinical skills and professional potential at BI.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on the assigned BCBA's caseload.
• Support BCBAs and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete monthly mock exams.
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
