Behavioral Innovations is offering an ABA Apprentice program at Centennial Treatment Center to bridge grad school and a BCBA role. You’ll learn from experienced BCBAs, log fieldwork hours, and follow a tailored readiness plan toward the BCBA exam.

You’ll receive structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and a clear path into a BCBA position with opportunities for leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.

Qualifications

• BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence completed within 6 months.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
