Job summary

A behavioral health program in Manassas is seeking a BCBA Apprentice to join its innovative apprenticeship designed to bridge the gap between graduate school and independent practice. This role focuses on hands-on learning, shadowing experienced BCBAs, and follows a dedicated study plan to prepare for the BCBA exam. Candidates must have an active RBT certification and be within 6 months of completing the required academic coursework. Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 60% of BACB supervision requirements.
• Ability to assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload.
• Experience in conducting therapy with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs' caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide training.
