Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice for the Moore Treatment Center to bridge grad school and independent practice. You will work under seasoned BCBAs, gaining real clinical experience while completing a tailored BCBA exam study plan.

Our program provides mentoring, hands-on learning, and a clear path to BCBA roles, with opportunities to grow into leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Completion of BACB supervision requirements (60%+).
• Within 6 months of completing BACB verified coursework sequence.

Responsibilities

• Assist indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on the assigned BCBA's caseload.
• Support BCBAs and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and data analysis.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams and follow the Readiness Plan.
