Behavioral Innovations in Centennial, CO, offers an ABA Apprentice program to bridge graduate studies and the BCBA exam. You’ll learn from experienced BCBAs, work with clients in clinical settings, and follow a tailored study plan guiding you toward your first BCBA role.

The program provides mentorship, hands-on supervision, and paid fieldwork hours, plus a path to leadership and clinical specialties as you grow.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing BACB coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
