SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is hiring a Parent Partnership Coordinator (BCBA) for a hybrid role in Michigan. You will coach families as true partners, manage a 25-hour billable caseload, and build partnerships with schools, pediatricians, and referral partners while shaping family-centered care marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead parent training and support groups at our Hub.
• Represent SenseSational in the community: build relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and other referral partners.
• Help shape our outward-facing marketing around parent partnership and family-centered care.
• Gather parent feedback to continuously improve our coaching approach.

SenseSational Learning Group is a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice using play-based, child-led NDBI methods. We're building a SenseSational Learning Group Hub space in Okemos, MI for connection and programming beyond 1:1 sessions — and we need a BCBA who's as comfortable in the classroom or office with a referral partner as they are coaching a parent through a tough moment. This is a hybrid clinical + partnerships position.

What You'll Do

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Required: Michigan state licensure
• Required: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
