Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Michigan licensure is required to practice in MI.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week delivering NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings.
• Coach parents and caregivers as collaborators rather than trainers.
• Design and lead parent training and support groups at the Hub.
• Represent SenseSational in the community with pediatricians, schools, and referral partners.
• Help shape outward-facing marketing around parent partnership and family-centered care.
• Gather parent feedback to continually improve coaching approach.
