Job summary

All Care Therapies in Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs across ages and settings, in telehealth, clinic, home, or school environments, aligning with BACB standards and our mission of compassionate, individualized care.

You'll conduct FBAs, develop measurable treatment goals, supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates, collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators, ensure accurate documentation, HIPAA

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as clinically indicated and within scope of practice.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB supervision requirements.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators to coordinate holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
