Qualifications

• BCBA certification (or sitting for exam within 3 months)
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work)
• 1+ year experience in ABA preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise RBTs and support staff with training and guidance.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, preference assessments) and update goals.
• Collaborate with parents to provide training and integrate goals into daily routines.
• Coordinate care with other professionals to ensure progress for clients.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in service delivery.
• Work with remote, in-home, and center-based services.
• Participate in clinical quality assurance reviews and supervisor check-ins.
