Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team at the Dorchester Center, MA location. You will develop and implement individualized ABA plans, perform assessments, and supervise programs for clients with autism, collaborating with families and professionals.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $70–$95, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive, flexible schedule (PART_TIME). On-site work supports integrated care within our ABA team.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential and applicable licensure required.
• Experience conducting functional assessments and translating data into treatment plans.
• Ability to design, monitor and adjust ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify goals and objectives.
• Implement and supervise ABA treatment programs to achieve maximum client outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress and treatment plans.
