Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide evidence-based ABA services in our outpatient rehabilitation setting.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, deliver group and 1:1 therapy for various ages, supervise behavior technicians, and train caregivers to support carryover at home. The role emphasizes patient-centered, collaborative care within a growing clinic network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Behavior Analyst with BCBA credential.
• Experience implementing ABA interventions.
• Strong collaboration and supervision skills.
• Ability to train and support caregivers.
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy for pediatric and/or adult patients
• Partner with PT, OT, and SLP colleagues
